By car

Youlgrave is off the B5056 about 2 miles off the A6 from Matlock to Bakewell.

  • Junction xx on the M6 - 1 hour via Macclesfield
  • Sheffield - 1 hour 
  • Manchester - 1 and half hours via Stockport & Buxton
  • Birmingham - 1 and half hours ?

Buses

Buxton, trains from Manchester to Buxton, terminating at Buxton.  Buxton to Youlgrave is approximately 30 minutes by car.

Matlock, trains from Derby to Matlock, terminating at Matlock.  Matlock to Youlgrave is approximately 20 minutes by car.
